By accessing or using the CloudBit OS cloud desktop workspace, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
CloudBit OS provides a web-based operating system interface connecting to your personal Google Drive storage. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google authentication credentials and all activity occurring within your workspace session.
All files, code documents, media, and data created or edited inside CloudBit OS remain 100% your exclusive intellectual property. CloudBit OS claims zero ownership over user files stored on Google Drive.
CloudBit OS is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we provide offline Progressive Web App (PWA) caching and conflict resolution tools, users are encouraged to maintain backup copies of critical documents.
